Returns, Exchanges, Damages & Cancellations Policy
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. However, customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs during both the return and exchange processes.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping
Due to the high cost of LTL/freight shipping:

All standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.

If you are exchanging your item for a different product, we may be able to offset some of these costs, depending on the brand and product.
Customer Acknowledgments (Before Purchase)
By purchasing from Premium BBQ Grills, you agree to the following:

📦 I will inspect my package upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours by submitting photos and details to sales@premiumbbqgrills.com.

🚚 I understand I’m responsible for both the return shipping cost and any replacement product’s shipping cost in the event of a return or exchange.

📦 I acknowledge that returned products must be unopened and unused, and may incur an additional restocking fee.

🚚 I understand that if the order has already shipped, a full refund may not be possible.

🕒 I acknowledge that orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant restocking fee.

🔁 I understand that if I return my order after shipment, I will be responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee of approximately 20%.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order without penalty, you must email us within 24 hours of placing the order.
