At Premium BBQ Grills, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or broken products. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Broken Shipments If your order arrives damaged, we will work with you to provide a replacement or resolution. To qualify:
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
Take clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the product’s SKU label.
⚠️ Failure to report damage within 24 hours may void any freight insurance claim.
Warranty Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer. Most warranties cover defects or issues arising from normal product use, not damage during delivery. Damage present at delivery must be reported within 30 days for warranty assistance. Please refer to the product page for brand-specific warranty details.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.
Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 3% merchant processing fee.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
BOGO (Buy One Get One) Promotions
Refunds or replacements require both items to be returned if damaged.
If only one item is damaged, store credit or replacement may be issued for that item’s value.
Return shipping and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Chargebacks Please contact us first if you have any concerns. Fraudulent chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in legal action.
