  • Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Total Delivery Time: All products are expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days.


Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.


Freight Deliveries

Some products (such as grills, fire pits, and stoves) ship via freight carriers:

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

  • Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • Please inspect the package before signing and note any damages on the delivery receipt.


Damages During Shipping
