Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before arbitration.
Binding Arbitration:
Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration takes place in Wyoming. Class actions or representative claims are prohibited.
Certain disputes, such as intellectual property claims or injunctive relief, are excluded from arbitration.
